Discover Enriched Air Nitrox is the first part of a two-part certification, allowing you to discover the benefits of enriched air diving without devoting the time needed to complete the PADI Enriched Air Diver course.
Once you decide that enriched air diving is for you, you can upgrade to the PADI Enriched Air Diver certification by completing the second part of the course through Simply Diving 5 Star IDC Resort, Costa del Sol, Spain.
Discover Nitrox allows you to complete most of the Knowledge Development portion of the course at your own pace. Once completed, you’ll receive your Discover Enriched Air Nitrox Certificate of Completion and can also opt to do an enriched air dive.
Please note: All course and excursion prices include full diving equipment rental, hotel/apartment pick-up and drop off, transportation to and from the dive sites in one of our air-conditioned mini-buses, light refreshments, plus PADI certification where applicable.
Extras: Educational materials and diving equipment can be purchased from the Simply Diving shop.

Health & Fitness
Anyone with an average level of fitness can enjoy scuba diving. You don’t have to be an athlete!
However, some medical conditions such as heart or lung problems could prevent you from participating.
Before signing up for a PADI course, you will be required to complete and sign the standard PADI Medical Questionnaire [PDF, 120KB], with any “YES” answer cleared by a doctor.
We recommend taking the form to your doctor for completion before you travel to Spain.
