Health

It is the diver’s responsibility to be in good health for Scuba Diving.

All divers will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire prior to diving at the Centre.  If you answer YES to questions 3, 5 or 10 on page 1 or YES to any of the questions on page 2   then you will require a doctor’s certificate to say you are able to participate in scuba diving before you arrive.  This must be valid within 12 months.    If you are unable to obtain this before arrival, then you will have to visit a local doctor in the area at your own cost to declare your health conditions are suitable for scuba diving activities.

Insurance

It is mandatory in Spain that all certified divers should hold a valid dive insurance.  Please bring a copy of your dive insurance with you which shows your reference number and expiry date of the insurance.  If you do not have insurance, we can provide you with a comprehensive dive insurance on the day.

Certification

All certified divers must provide us with their dive qualification certificate number prior to their booking so that we can check their details online.   If you are unable to do this, please bring along your certification card on the day of your booking.

Certified Divers

Before you go into the water, Simply Diving Instructors will give you a thorough dive briefing. The guide will stay with the group to navigate when they are in the water.  They will point out various aquatic life for you during your dive. No dive instruction will be given by the dive guide while the diver is underwater. You as a certified diver are accountable for your own actions and safety during your dive.
